Cancellation Policy

Policy Terms A non-refundable booking deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining session balance is due on the day of the shoot (cash or bank transfer accepted). You can reschedule once for free with at least 48 hours’ notice. Reschedules made less than 48 hours before your session will forfeit the £50 deposit (as it’s rare I can refill the spot at short notice). If we both agree on a new date within 7 days of your session, I’ll move your deposit to the new date (subject to availability). Cancellation (7+ days) Deposit credited toward future booking within 6 months Cancellation (<7 days) Deposit retained and a new booking will need to be made with a new deposit. The deposit is moveable with 7 days notice, not refundable. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, I may need to shorten your session to stay on schedule if I have other commitments. If you arrive 30+ minutes late without notice, the session may be considered a cancellation, and the deposit will be retained.
